TIRE DUMMY - DIGITAL DOWNLOAD

This tool is not for the faint of heart - its rough around the edges, requires a ruler to use, and worst of all - you’ve got to assemble its self.

This tool works with 26, 650/27.5 and 700/29, can hold your canti/v-brake mounts in place, hold your bridges and even check that your dropouts are pointing the right way. With a bit of creativity this tool will help you hold racks in place, hold segmented fork fiddly bits, and improve your mental health.

Important info
- fits over your 2.5” spaced frame jig
- can be used with 3/4” and 1” dummy axles
- included in the download is a document on how to assemble everything and use the tire dummy and brake stud jig.
- files attached will vary slightly from the prototype pictured

Tools and materials required to assemble
- file and or emery clothe to clean up the burrs
- something to firmly stick the axle holder onto the tool base (weld, braze, epoxy)
- M6 or 1/4” drill and tap, plus two bolts and washers of the same size
- if you plan on using the brake holder
- 3/4 bar any material
- something to make the flats and hole (file & drill or a mill if you’re fancy)
