The RB19 (Rim Brake 19) is an amalgamation of the greatest parts of road bikes over the past 100+ years - direct mount rim brakes, 30mm tires, and classic geometry. If you want rim brakes in this modern era, but still want to run modern tire and rim widths, this is the best possible way to do it.
