Know your knots
- rubber bands - all band knots are simple clinch knots. Clinch knots are great because no matter how tight they are pulled, the opposing sections of band will not cut into each other. Because the bands are thick and grippy, two wraps is all you need (this will make sense after you watch the video). youtube how-to.
- paracord - a simple overhand / two fold knot is all you need here. youtube how-to.
